Delivery availability may vary depending on your PIN code and the courier services available in your area.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the value of your order.

• Orders of ₹499 or above: Free standard shipping.
• Orders below ₹499: A standard shipping charge may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
• Any additional charges applicable to a particular delivery option will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, we begin preparing it for dispatch.

Orders are carefully checked, packed and sealed before being handed over to our delivery partner.

Processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods or periods of unusually high order volume.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location, PIN code and courier availability.

Once dispatched, most orders are expected to arrive within the estimated delivery period communicated through your tracking details.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
